SUSHI RED TEMPORARY EXPANSION ON 6TH FLOOR. MADISON, WI

COMPLETED IN 2021

This dining space was created as a temporary expansion of Sushi RED restaurant when their outdoor seating area was closing for winter months. Given the short- term nature of this project, the main objective was to create a visually compelling interior setting without causing much physical disturbance to the temporary occupied space. With this intent in mind, The design concept was focused on setting an inviting atmosphere through color, play of light and shadow and insertion of décor elements that bring elements of surprise and excitement to the interior. While realization of the space, Pink House Designs was involved not only in design and conceptualization aspect of the project, but also production and installation processes from mural painting, to creating decorative planters to setting up and installation of all fixtures, props and décor.
