JACKNIFE RESTAURANT

Located at the near east side of Madison, WI,  Jacknife was created to deliver fresh, fast and delicious sushi rolls, homemade dumplings and protein bowls to be enjoyed in either sit-down or to-go setting.

The design goal was to create an atmosphere that is practical, but with a fun, casual vibe and a little bit on an attitude. Inspired by street art and urban design, our creative team aimed for a clean, edgy and refreshing look but with a bold twist.

The design had to embrace the state of the art restaurant technology that allows streamlining the process of creating quality food, easy ordering and facilitation of newer social distancing norms via contactless pick up procedures. Pops of color, elements of branding, cheeky messages and custom art are threaded throughout the space, bringing in element of surprise and adventure.
